Please click on the files below, save the files in your C:\Notes\Data directory and unzip (by double clicking on the file and extracting the file to the mentioned directory) them there. Then go to Lotus Notes, click on File-Database-Open-double click on the nsf file and voila, there is your new database.

The Lotus Calendar Print application is a standalone Lotus Notes application.
It prints your own calendar or someone else's calendar in three formats:
Weekly format prints calendar entries from Monday through Sunday in a
Monthly format prints calendar entries for a given month in a graphical
Number of Days format prints calendar entries for any number of days
specified in a listing layout.
Manual Installation using your Lotus Notes Client
To install the Calendar Print tool on your desktop, first place the database
(calprint.nsf) into your Notes\Data subdirectory. In order to do this, please
do the following:
Determine where your local databases and templates are stored by selecting
the following from the menu at the top of the screen: File - Tools - User
Preferences - Basics and see what subdirectory is indicated in the field
labeled 'Local Database Folder.' It will probably be C:\NOTES or
Double click the icon (calprint21d.zip) below to. Download the file to a e.g. directory C:\windows\temp and unzip it and move the calprint.nsf file to the directory where notes data are located (see above to find out)
With Notes open, from your Notes desktop menu bar pulldown select, File -
Database - Open
In the Open Database window select/highlight the Calendar Print Rel 2.1d
database, click on Add Icon and then click on Done.
You will now have an icon on your Notes desktop for the Calendar Print database.
Double click this icon to open the calendar print tool and be placed into the
main navigator of the Calendar Print Tool.
The Main Navigator
Once opened, the Calendar Print application displays the main navigator with the
Your calendar - Print your own calendar.
Someone else's calendar - Print someone else's calendar to which you have
Local replicated calendar - Print someone's calendar from local replicated
Calendar print profile - Store frequently used information related to
calendar print choices.
Help - Displays this document.
Exit - Return to the workspace.
To Print Your Calendar
The dialog box that displays after selecting this option identifies the
Your name, or the name of the person whose calendar you are accessing. The
name is computed from the @UserName macro and cannot be changed.
Format selections: Weekly, Monthly, Number of days. The default is
Date: The date can be changed by typing a different date or by clicking on
the calendar icon and selecting date. If the weekly format is used, the date
is actually recalculated to start on the Monday of the week. If the 'Number
of days' format is selected, the date will be the first date printed with no
recalculation of the date.
Preferences: Each format has a corresponding set of preferences of
information that can be printed with the calendar.
Monthly Format: Font Size - Small, Medium, and Large, Include End Time,
and Truncate Brief Description
Number of Days Format: 3-Month Header, Location, Time Slots, Detailed
Description, Chairperson, Required Invitees, and Optional Invitees
A second dialog box will confirm the dates to print. Select 'OK' to proceed or
'CANCEL' to return to the previous screen.
To Print Someone Else's Calendar
The same dialog box that displays in order to print your own calendar displays
in order to print someone else's calendar. You must have access to read public
documents in their mail database. If you don't, an error message will be
displayed indicating such. Click on the Names field to display a names dialog
box. You must select a user from the Public Name & Address Book in order to
print that calendar. Once the name has been added to the 'Names' list, you must
then select that user (a check mark should appear next to the name) in order to
print that calendar.
The group format will print the same as the Number of Days format . To use the
group format, select 'Someone else's Calendar' and select each user whose
calendar you would like to be part of the group printout. The group format will
take all the people selected and group them into one calendar document. The
user name will be inserted before the brief description. The group format will
only print days that have calendar entries.

lblmkr25.zip (99kb) Label Maker Express 2.5 for Lotus Notes. A utility which uses a Notes database as the user
interface to generate a wide selection of Avery and
other labels for any Notes database residing on a
Lotus Notes/Domino server. The database acts as a
central repository containing requests which allows quick
and easy label generation for 369 supported labels.
Supported Laser and ink jet products lines include Avery
standard, Avery international (UK), Avery international
(France), and CoStar LabelWriter. Supported Dot Matrix
products lines include Avery standard, Avery A4 and A5
sizes, and Others. Notes Developers will need to create
a Label Request document and develop a simple view or
folder for each label request.
To install the program, simply copy the Lotus Notes template file
LABELMK0.NTF to the root Notes Data directory and create a new
database using this template.
